In May 2032, the Government of the Republic of Korea declared a lockdown on the City of Seoul.
Seoul was devastated and sealed off in the aftermath of war and biochemical attacks. Many survivors still live in this abandoned former capital city, unable to escape, exhausting their lives for the rest of their lives.
Among these miserable Seoulites are ‘Leech’, the lonely survivor, who strives day-to-day by scavenging abandoned city facilities and ripping off other bandits, and ‘Master’, the cocktail geek who modified an abandoned subway train to run a cocktail bar.
