Splash color onto infinite islands to create vibrant cities. Solve placement puzzles to meet the needs of your citizens or simply place districts where you wish. No timers, no stress - just the tranquil joy of painting your utopia.

The world is your canvas. No complex systems. Simply select a district from your color palette and brush it across the land, instantly turning your strokes into bustling city districts.

Solve the island puzzle by placing required districts, fulfilling the need requirements of each and creating synergy with the land. Increase your score by placing districts in their optimal environments.

A new canvas, every time. Never paint the same picture twice. Our procedural engine generates unique island layouts combining 5 different terrain features - Mountain, River, Lakes, Woodlands & Wetlands.
