You and your team wake up in the depths of Exogen Labs, a brutalist underground facility where "volunteers" are legally bound to participate in highly questionable medical trials. Work together, survive the experiments, and you might leave rich. Fail...and you'll probably end up as part of the next experiment.
Body parts are your weapons and tools. Rip them off, throw them away, and pick up something fresher from the floor. Improvise your arsenal from whatever is still twitching nearby. Arms, claws, mutated limbs -- if it comes off, you can probably use it.
Welcome to Exogen Labs. Our test chambers are filled with puzzles, hazards, and semi-successful mutant ‘Things’. No trial is ever the same.
Layouts will shift.

The trials are designed to test communication and coordination. Survival requires teamwork. You’ll discuss tactics, plan attacks and occasionally share body parts. Sometimes lending a hand might cost you an arm (and a leg).
Survive, adapt, and earn ‘gold’ - after all, why else would you sign the waiver?
Spend it on upgrades; weapons, buffs, limbs, maybe a tail.
United you stand. Divided… you still stand, just on fewer legs.
