After a long day at the office, he left well past midnight. Exhausted and soaked from the rain, he took the forest road — the one haunted by stories of vanishing travelers and wandering spirits. It was the only way home.
The storm worsened as trees loomed like sentinels. Headlights flickered. Roads blurred. Then — movement. A shadow darted across the path. He swerved. The car skidded, slammed into a tree, and everything went black.
When he woke, the forest was gone.
No road. No car.
Just endless fog… a place twisted in silence, pulsing with something ancient and watching. Alone in this shifting void, he begins to run — not knowing where or what he’s running from.
